Question N°1 : How much will it cost to defend my case?

Answer N°1 : You are free to adopt one of the three methods of payments we propose.

Our firm uses three methods of payment : a global fee for the simplest cases, an hourly fee, and a subscription fee.

Depending on the method of payment you choose, we shall inform you of the anticipated cost

from the very first meeting.

Question N°2 : Shall I be reimbursed the fees should I win my case?

Answer N°2 : Our firm will demand that the opposite party be condemned to pay your fees. With your authorisation a copy of your 'Fees Contract' will given to the court.

However, the court is free to decide whether the opposite party shall be condemned to pay completely or partially the amount.

Question N°3 : How will your firm deal with my case ?

Answer N°3 : Our firm excels to be comprehensive and honourable towards the client.

Without delay we will send you any information and/or documents received regarding your case. Your approval will be necessary on every document we prepare before sending them to the court and/or the opposite party.

Our firm also has a quality control policy.

Each member follows professional improvement sessions regularly to maintain standards.

Our resources are constantly updated and therefore we have access to the most recent and complete information regarding laws, opinions, and courts decisions.

Question N°4 : And if I have no case but would like to benefit from the knowledge and experience of your firm ?

Answer N°4 : The 'Subscription Contract' is made for this reason.

Our firm proposes a 'Subscription Contract' allowing you to obtain unlimited advice throughout year.

Question N°5 : And what if I don't speak well enough french?

Answer N°5 : Our firm has French and foreign clients.

We are able to communicate verbally and we are competent at sending letters and documentation in English.
