As a result of the multidisciplinary and knowledge of each member of the team SCP CAMUS is able to defend, either for court cases or legal consultation matters in continental France, overseas of France or in most of the European Union countries, depending on the matter.

Apart from our traditional job of acting in front of all judiciaries and administrative courts, we also provide:

- consultation in all law matters

- compiling of legal documentation for all your projects

- drafting documentation of legal status and formalities for the creation of your companies

- recuperating your unpaid debts

- assisting in negotiations and transactions with states, government, banks, insurance companies, public or private companies, private individuals...

- carry out bidding for the purchase of real estate in court

- advising you on a particular point or on a global strategy

- legal auditing on your personal or professional situation

FEES :

Firstly, the fees are agreed with the client.

We automatically propose a 'Fees Contract' which is a contract explaining precisely the object of the given case, the procedure for the case and the fees.

There are three methods of payment to choose from:

- a global fee, for the simplest cases

- an hourly fee

- or a yearly subscription fee.

The 'Fees Contract' can foresee a complementary fee depending upon the result obtained or given services.

Our firm does not act with legal aid.

RELATIONSHIP WITH CLIENTS:

SCP CAMUS favours thorough treatment of all cases with loyalty, fairness and confidentiality. We will keep you fully informed on the development of the case and we shall consult with yourself before to institute legal proceedings. All necessary documentation and legal advice will be provided to help you obtain your decision.

LEGAL CORRESPONDENCE :

SCP CAMUS assumes responsibility of legal representation of his French and foreign clients with investments and affairs in France.

We are privileged to have relations with foreign law firms, therefore simplifying cases with foreign country law issues.
