Good evening,

We thank you for having agreed to support Florence Hartmann and to sign the letter - petition sent to the ICTY. Since the launching of the websitd on last january the 15th total of 2734 signatures could be sent to the Tribunal on last April 8th. Over 150 key figures of the political, diplomatic, militarys, cultural and scientific worlds have joigned the Support Committee.

In the meantime, the Tribunal had postponed the trial due to begin on February the 5th and accepted to replace Judges Agius and Orien as her Defense councils had asked for. Recently, the SENSE agency released a statement that suggests that the trial will now take place soon (april 8th,2009). On the international stage, three major events took place, that you will find explained in details on the website (http://preserverlajusticeinternationale.org). All three support our action and/or sustain our position.

Only a dismissal at this stage, or a non-guilty verdict if the trial takes place are compatible with the objectives of the creation of the Tribunal : Justice and Truth.

Thus, we are now facing a decisive mobilization time and we need you!

As soon as the date will be known, we will organize a bus ride to The Hague in order to show Florence Hartmann our support and the Tribunal our concern.

Here are three posible ways for you to join : - a meeting in Lille where from a bus will ride to The Hague - a meeting in The Hague on the square in front of the Tribunal - different meetings in some european cities as Paris, Lyon, Bruxelles, Amsterdam, with smaller buses rides being organized.

If you can join, please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can organize these rides at the lowest fare possible.

By the beginning of this trial, we need to increase the number of signatures of the letter petition. If everyone gets just another person to sign, we will double this number.

Thank you for your commitment. We need you in the Hague.
