Fort d'une expérience juridique internationale de plus de vingt années au sein de sociétés industrielles, j'ai fondé mon cabinet d'avocat en 2003.

Je me consacre pleinement à mes clients et les assiste à tous les stades de développement de leur entreprise, qu'il s'agisse de protéger et valoriser leurs innovations, d'assurer le développement optimal de leur structure juridique et ses financements, ou encore de gérer les relations avec leurs partenaires clients, fournisseurs, salariés ou associés.

Diplômé de l'Institut de Droit Européen de Bruxelles (Master en droit communautaire des affaires), chargé de cours à l'Université de droit d'Aix-Marseille et à l'Ecole des Mines, médiateur agréé de plusieurs centres de médiation, je suis passionné par les technologies et leurs enjeux pour le développement humain.

My competence comprehends all intellectual property right details. I provide legal advice on patents, trademarks, designs and copyright. I register and maintain my client's patent and trade-marks and represent them in disputes regarding the scope, validity and infringement of their rights.

Contract law

I have a broad competence in the area of international contract law. I am regularly advising on and negotiating various types of commercial agreements on behalf of my clients and assisting and representing them in litigations.

I have been involved in complicated negotiations and I can be an active participant in contractual discussions, assuring my clients to obtain a better result in their negotiations.

EC law

The superiority and the binding nature of EC law have given European regulations an important effect on business transactions, national and international.

My competence is based on great understanding of Community law, equilibrating its requisites and impact on the national and international commercial life.

I develop EU law-compliant solutions on the full range of commercial deals including research and development, IP, technology, software and content licensing, manufacturing, service supply, outsourcing, etc.

Advanced Technology

I have wide understanding and expertise concerning the legal matters of Advanced Technology; Nanotechnology, Biotechnology, Information Technology and Cognitive sciences. My strength is the ability to combine technical know-how with legal expertise. I am continuously updating on the area to follow the development and the trends on the market to be able to give my clients a complete service.

With a considerable experience of litigation, I can offer you efficacious support for all sorts of disputes within our working area, before civil courts or arbitration tribunals.
